1. Who we are

2. Using the site

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
• interfere with or disrupt the site, or introduce malicious code; or
• copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the site except as permitted in these terms.

We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee that the site or its content will always be available or uninterrupted.

3. Products & custom orders

Our lighting is made to order and handcrafted from natural wood. Because wood is a natural material, grain, colour and finish vary between pieces, and the finished product may differ slightly from photographs, samples or 3D previews shown on the site. Such variation is a feature of handmade work and is not a defect.

Custom and commissioned pieces are produced to the specification agreed between you and us in writing (including wood, size, finish and quantity). Once production of a custom piece has begun, changes may not be possible or may incur additional cost.

All lighting products must be installed and used in accordance with local electrical regulations and, where required, by a qualified electrician. Bulbs and electrical components must be operated within their stated ratings.

4. Pricing & quotes

Prices shown on the site are indicative and are stated in the currency displayed. The final price for any order — including any applicable taxes (such as VAT), delivery and installation charges — is confirmed in a written quotation before your order is accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.

5. Orders & payment

Submitting an enquiry, custom design request or quote request through the site does not create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or accepted quotation.

Payment terms (including any deposit required to begin production and the balance due before or on delivery) are set out in your quotation or order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

6. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and begin once your order is confirmed and any required deposit is received. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once payment has been received in full.

7. Cancellations & returns

Because our pieces are made to order and often customised, they are generally not eligible for cancellation or return once production has begun, except where the item is faulty or not as described.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within a reasonable period of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund it as appropriate. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable UAE consumer protection law.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including designs, product images, 3D models, text, logos and the Lumière Infinie name — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.

9. Your submissions

When you send us enquiries, custom design briefs, reference images or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you grant us a licence to use them for the purpose of preparing your quote and fulfilling your order. Please do not upload material that infringes anyone else’s rights. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties relating to the site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or place an order is the version that applies. We will update the “last updated” date above when changes are made.

12. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
