Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and device information, which is processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers when your browser loads the site’s pages, fonts and assets.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data where: you have given consent (for example, by submitting a form); processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into, or to perform, a contract with you; or processing is necessary for our legitimate business interests (such as responding to enquiries and keeping the site secure) or to comply with a legal obligation.
6. Storage & security
Your submissions are stored in our Supabase database and are accessible only to authorised Lumière Infinie staff through an authenticated admin account. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above — for example, to handle your enquiry, fulfil your order, and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable UAE data protection law, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; ask us to correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or ask us to restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email our contact address. We will respond within the timeframe required by law.
